Processing Time All orders are processed within 2–7 business days. Because our products are made-to-order, production times may vary depending on product type and order volume. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Domestic Shipping (United States) We offer Standard and Express shipping options within the United States. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the products in your order. Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard: 3–7 business days after processing
  • Express: 1–3 business days after processing

International Shipping We ship worldwide! International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the items in your order. Estimated delivery times vary by destination:

  • 7–14 business days for most international orders

Please note that international shipments may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes upon delivery. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our shipping rates.

Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number so you can monitor your package's journey. You can track your order through the carrier's website.

Shipping Delays While we do our best to meet estimated delivery times, we are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, customs processing, or other factors outside our control.

Incorrect Shipping Address Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error, contact us immediately and we'll do our best to correct it before your order ships.

Lost or Damaged Packages If your package is lost, damaged, or arrives with missing items, please contact us within 7 days of the delivery date with your order number and a description of the issue, and we'll work to resolve it.
