How do I place an order?

Select your product, color, and size, add it to your cart, then follow the secure checkout steps. Available payment methods appear at checkout.

Can I change or cancel an order?

Email support@younghotandrich.shop as soon as possible with your order number. We will try to help, but changes or cancellations might not be possible after fulfillment begins.

How much is shipping?

U.S. shipping is a flat $5.95 and free on orders of $70 or more. Canada is $10.95, the UK and Europe $8.95, Australia and New Zealand $12.95, and everywhere else $17.95. Rates are per order, so mixing items never stacks shipping. See our Shipping Policy for delivery times.

When will I receive tracking?

Tracking is provided after your order ships and can take time to update after the carrier receives the package. Once available, you can use our Track Your Order page.

Can I return or exchange an item?

Eligible unworn and unwashed items can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Review our Refund & Return Policy and contact us before sending anything back.
